About the Role

As our new Marketing and Strategic Account Manager, you will be developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving market interest, and ultimately building revenue. Your role is responsible for delivering unparalleled client service and stakeholder management to ensure long-term client relationships. You'll be establishing innovative ways to deliver unique content marketing projects. You will work on high worth, highly complex content partnerships and in-turn develop client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction, retention and growth.


Key Responsibilities

·         Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients through successfully expanding the Campaign Edge Sprout brand and product offering into existing accounts;

·         Developing growth strategies and plans

·         Optimise and adjust plans / strategies for any under performance 

·         Generate new opportunities through proactive sales and service initiatives.

·         Manage strategic partnerships and establish relationships to generate leads and increase the awareness of Campaign Edge Sprout in the marketplace;

·         Build effective relationships with suppliers & media publications 

·         Work closely with your team to produce creative, digital and production briefs that meet the client’s needs

·         Use data to provide a sharp marketing perspective and add strategic value at every step of the marketing lifecycle

·         Create detailed post-campaign reports for clients and specified campaigns to demonstrate ROI

·         Draft submissions, tenders and proposals and ensure accurate processes are followed for lodgement.

·         Negotiate with stakeholders

·         Represent the Business and Brand at industry events and functions

·         Ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

·         Providing management with feedback on market and industry changes


About You

You are someone who fosters positive, productive, and proactive relationships with internal teams including creative, strategy, and production in addition to external production partners to ensure all deliverables meet the expectations of our clients in new and expanding markets.  You'll be a team player who engages collaboratively to inspire new ideas in the team and pitch for business through insightful, creative and high-level knowledge of print and digital experiences.


Skills And Experience

·         Qualification in Marketing or proven experience

·         3+ years’ experience in a Business Development or Account Management role in a content production environment

·         Passion for Marketing, Graphic Design and Content Creation

·         Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deliver to deadlines

·         Strong communication skills with high-level influencing & organisational skills

·         Demonstrated ability to liaise at a senior level with internal and external stakeholders

·         Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively to deadlines

·         Ability to prioritise conflicting work demands

·         Strong sense of client service and diplomacy when negotiating contracts

·         Desire to drive continuous improvement
