Production Assistant/Office Manager

 Scoundrel is looking for an entry level production assistant/office manager to join it’s growing team. Keys attributes for this position are organisational & time management skills, enthusiasm and an ability to work as part of a team. Experience in adobe programs desirable but not essential. This role would be most suited to someone looking to gain experience in production & be a part of the producing team. 


Main responsibilities include:

·       General office management and front of house/reception duties.

·       Assisting in all pre-production - booking crew, creating pre-production documentation (with adobe programs) and  scheduling

·       Monitoring financial transactions, and reconciling of expenses and office related invoices

·       Arranging company events

·       Assisting with general company marketing and social media

·       Travel bookings/arrangements

·       Managing schedules

·       Assisting all producers and directors with general duties

·       Managing social media accounts
